aqua aerobics.
burn calories, get fit and have fun with aqua aerobics! we run classes from 11am–11.45am Wednesday and Fridays & 6.45pm-7.30pm Thursdays! sign up at reception for just £1 per class to secure your place and discover the perfect exercise regime for fitness novices to fitness professionals!
don't worry if you're not a strong swimmer - as the water is just 4 ft deep! aqua aerobics is excellent for those rehabilitating following an injury as the water supports your body yet still offers resistance to increase stamina.
micro classes.
try an 'ab blast' or 'muscle zone' - our free micro classes & mini personal training sessions designed to help intensify your workout. simply speak to a member of our reception team to book an appointment.
